Cyprus Sambo federation got the official recognition of the National Olympic Commitee. Thus new possibilities of the sambo development are opening for another one country included to the European Sambo Federation.
As well known, Cyprus Sambo federation has a good chance to organise European Sambo Championships among youth and juniors next year in Limassol. Now the island state in the Mediterranean Sea is the only candidate to hold the continental youth and juniors championships on the spring of 2013.
