The European Sambo Federation expresses its sincere condolences to the bereaved family and the Sambo Federation of Moldova due to the premature death of Marianna Davidova, master of sport of international class.
Marianna Davidova died on the 29 december 2015. In 1996 she began her career under the guidance of the honored coach Paul Zabzalyuk. Marianna Davydova was a multiple medalist of European and World Sambo Championships, winner of the World Cup, bronze medalist of the World Games in martial arts.
Over the past 10 years Marianne was included in the list of best sportsmen of the Republic of Moldova, got the title of master of sports of international class. In 2014 Marianna Davydova got married and in 2015 gave birth to a daughter.
Farewell funeral will take place on the 30th December 2015 in Slobozia.
