The competition is organized by the president of the Madrid Wrestling&Sambo Federation Angel Luis Gimenez Bravo (Spain).
This Championship is organized for the six times in honor of Santiago Morales, former president of the Wrestling&Sambo Federation of Madrid. The foreign participants from France and Russia came to participate in the Championship.
It is expected that the founder of the International Sambo Federation Fernando Compte will attend the competition.
