Two days remains to the beginning of the world sambo championships among youth and juniors which will pass in the Latvian capital, in the Olympic sports center (on a photo).
According to tentative estimations, in competitions will take part more than 500 sportsmen representing 25 countries. The quantity of participants has a little exceeded expectations of organizers of competitions, and the arisen problems with accommodation of arriving delegations were solved in the operative order — and most advantageously. Representatives of some countries have sent the application forms for participation in the championship much later officially stipulated deadline — literally for three day prior to the beginning of superiority, and this fact also makes preparations to championships more difficulty.

In opinion Vsevolod Zeleny, forthcoming competitions in Riga should lift the standards the organizations sambo tournaments in new height. In fact for the first time at these competitions the new system of accreditation will be tested. Besides for the first time in history of youth world championships it will be possible to look online translation of competitions on the Internet — on channel SAMBO.TV.
