Cup of the President of Russian Federation

National sambo federations of Baltic countries sent the joint participants list to organizing committee of the Cup of the President of Russian Federation which will held in Moscow (Russia), in USH “Druzhba” of Olympic Sport Comlex “Luzhniki” on June, 7, 2013.

List of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia united team: Georgij Zaicev (LTU, weight category up to 52 kg), Gintautas Katkus (LTU, up to 57 kg), Donatas Karlonas (LTU, up to 62 kg), Sarunas Gerve (LTU, up to 68 kg), Arturs Cerniavskijs (LAT, up to 74 kg), Aleksandr Fiodorov (EST, up to 82 kg), Arturs Bumeisters (LAT, up to 90 kg), Denis Sokol (LTU, up to 100 kg), Mantas Marozas (LTU, over 100 kg).

The Cup of the President of Russian Federation is the traditional tournament for the men sport sambo national teams. The winner of this competitions defines on the team match bouts by “head to head” format in all weight categories.
