On August 20 a friendly sambo tournament was held in Almaty between the London and Almaty teams.
The competition was held at the highest level thanks to the excellent organization of Sergey Afanasenko and the Sambo Federation of Almaty region. Special thanks to Sergei for organizing a trip to beautiful places — the Shymbulak Mountains, Kaskelen Gorge, as well as acquaintance with traditional Kazakh cuisine and culture. Our athletes and their support team returned full of good impressions and will visit Kazakhstan again with pleasure“, said Oleg Anatolievich Sibilev.
Oleg Anatolievich, is the coordinator of the Association and the international movement “We come from Sambo” in Great Britain and the President of the Mixed Sambo Association of Great Britain.
