On February 16, the fourth national Coppa del Lazio SAMBO tournament took place in Anzio, a city in the province of Rome. The competition featured sport SAMBO matches across cadet, youth, junior, and senior categories.
According to Italy’s national SAMBO federation, athletes from seven regions participated in the event.
“This tournament provided young Italian sambists with valuable experience in preparation for the national championship, set to take place on April 5-6,” stated the Italian federation FEDERKOMBAT.
